Indiana Senior Women's Golf Association

The ISWGA hosts an annual golf tournament for senior women in Indiana every September. This tournament is open to any female golfer who is 50 years of age and older and a member of an Indiana women's golf organization that has paid annual dues to ISWGA. 

 

The tournament begins the weekend after Labor day on Sunday afternoon.  Two 18-hole qualification rounds are played on Sunday afternoon and Monday morning.  Participants are flighted according to their total gross score in their first two rounds.  The third round of the tournament is played on Tuesday morning.  Each round of golf has a shot-gun start, so that everyone finishes at about the same time.  At a luncheon on Monday after golf, prizes are given for low putts and two and four woman team play, the lowest gross and net 2-day total scores, and the lowest gross and net 2-day Super Senior participants (ages 66 and older) and lowest net Legends player (ages 75 and older).  There is a luncheon after golf on Tuesday where the tournament winners are announced and prizes awarded for gross and net in every flight.
